PAYMENT IN FULL WILL BE DUE SEPTEMBER 16th, 2009 PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME DUE TO FUEL CHARGES THAT THE AIRLINE/MOTORCOACH PROVIDER(S) MAY IMPOSE.
Note: All early booked tours and prices are offered to members of groups participating in our VIP TOUR Programs; such as OU Touchdown Club, OUInsider, OCFA, VIP Club, Sooners Etc, and other corporate participants. These tours may be opened to the general public if not filled by Members at different prices and different traveling conditions, ie: Scheduled air or public charters. This applies to all tours offered in our brochures and websites.

General Information: University Sports Tours dba University VIP Tours (UST) reserves the right to use the services of any ATC and/or IATA Air Carrier in connection with this tour.
Baggage: Transportation of one normal size luggage per person not to exceed 50lbs. and 62 linear inches. In addition, an overnight flight bag not to exceed 20" x 15" x 10". This bag should remain in the passenger's possession at all times. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations received in writing more than 60 days prior to departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 59 days and 45 days prior to departure will be assessed a cancellation fee in the amount of $100.00 per person. Cancellations received between 44 days and 15 days prior to departure will be assessed a cancellation fee of 80% of the tour price. Cancellations received within 14 days or less of departure will be charged 100% of the tour price. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY CLAUSE: University Sports Tours dba University VIP Tours (UST) and cooperating agents act only in the capacity of agent for the passenger in all manners pertaining to hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by railroad, motor bus, motor car, steamship or plane, as such, they are not liable for any damage, loss, personal injury, accident, delay or irregularity through act or default or any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or respective passage contract. The airlines concerned act only as agents in connections with arrangements for any facilities or services other than air transportation furnished in connection there with, except as and to the extent provided in the accommodations which cannot be supplied due to delays, sickness, weather, strikes, terrorist act(s), war, quarantine, or other causes beyond the control of UST. If possible, it will supply comparable services and accommodations and no refund will be made except to the extent previously provided for in this agreement. UST shall not be responsible for any delays, substitution of any equipment or any act or omission whatsoever by the air carrier, its agents, servants and employees, and tour participant(s) expressly agrees to waive any claim against UST of any nature whatsoever during the tour unless such loss, damage or injury occurred as the direct result of the negligent act or omission of UST the air carriers will not be held responsible for any act of omission during the time the tour participants are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. The services of any ATC and/or IATA carrier may be used in connection with this tour. |
