CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS YOUR RIGHT TO RECEIVE A REFUND IS LIMITED, as set forth in the following schedule. All requests for refunds must be sent to us in writing.

IF WE MAKE MAJOR CHANGES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE:
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. The following are major changes: (1) a change in the departure or return date, unless the change results from a flight delay experienced by the air carrier. (If, however, the delay is longer than 48 hours, it will be considered a major change.) (2) a change in the origin or destination city, unless the change affects only the order in which cities named in a tour package are visited; (3) a substitute of any hotel not listed in this contract; and (4) a price increase of more than 10 percent occurring 10 or more days before departure. In no event can we increase your price less than 10 days before departure. If a major change must be made in the program, we will notify you within 7 days after first learning of the change, but in any event at least 10 days prior to the scheduled departure. If, less than 10 days before scheduled departure, we become aware that a major change must be made, we will notify you as soon as possible. WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING NOTIFICATION OF A MAJOR CHANGE, BUT IN NO EVENT LATER THAN DEPARTURE, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER CANCELING. If a major change occurs after the departure of the flight, which you are unwilling to accept, we will refund, within 14 days after your scheduled return date, that portion of your payment, which applies to the services, not accepted. IF WE MUST CANCEL THE CHARTER: WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IN WRITING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE CANCELLATION, BUT IN NO EVENT LATER THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE DATE. We have no right to cancel the charter less than 10 days before departure, except for circumstances that make it physically impossible to perform the charter trip. If that occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible, but not later than the scheduled departure date. If the charter is canceled, we will make a full refund to you within 14 days after cancellation. The rights and remedies made available under this contract are in addition to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law. However, we offer refunds under this contract with the express understanding that the receipt of that refund by a passenger waives the additional remedies.
SURFACE TRANSPORTATION:
By private, deluxe motor coach commencing from arrival until departure.
BAGGAGE:
Transportation of one normal size luggage per person not to exceed 40lbs. In addition, an overnight flight bag not to exceed 20" x 15" x 10".
This bag should remain in the passenger's possession at all times. The total weight of both pieces of luggage may not exceed 70lbs.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY CLAUSE:
University VIP Sports Tours, LLC dba (UST) and cooperating agents act only in the capacity of agent for the passenger in all manners pertaining to hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by railroad, motor bus, motor car, steamship or plane, as such, they are not liable for any damage, loss, personal injury, accident, delay or irregularity through act or default or any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or respective passage contract. The airlines concerned act only as agents in connections with arrangements for any facilities or services other than air transportation furnished in connection there with, except as and to the extent provided in the accommodations which cannot be supplied due to delays, sickness, weather, strikes, terrorist act(s), war, quarantine, or other causes beyond the control of UST. If possible, it will supply comparable services and accommodations and no refund will be made except to the extent previously provided for in this agreement. UST shall not be responsible for any delays, substitution of any equipment or any act or omission whatsoever by the air carrier, its agents, servants and employees, and tour participant(s) expressly agrees to waive any claim against UST of any nature whatsoever during the tour unless such loss, damage or injury occurred as the direct result of the negligent act or omission of UST the air carriers will not be held responsible for any act of omission during the time the tour participants are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. The services of any ATC and/or IATA carrier may be used in connection with this tour.

University VIP Sports Tours uses the information you supply to provide you with the services that you request. University VIP Sports Tours will not sell or share your information, or allow access to our database to non related third parties. However, companies providing services for our tours (such as Express JET, Alliance Air, Frontier Airlines, Omni Hotel, Marriot Hotel), that provide us goods or services, such as transportation and lodging, are granted limited data (Name and address) to provide the services you have requested. These companies however, also agree to guard your privacy and to never sell any data obtained through us to anyone for any reason.
University VIP Sports Tours website may automatically collect information, ('Cookies'), about you or your computer, including without limitation, the internet address that you just came from, the internet address that you go to next, the internet address that referred you, the type of browser software you are using, the domain name of your Internet Service provider, and your Internet Protocol address. This information is collected and used for measuring site performance and use.
